Hi there! I'm Shay, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vancouver Island University.  

I chose to become a counsellor because I always felt that there was something missing in any role I held which was being able to support clients emotionally. Since becoming a counsellor, I have had the honor of witnessing such courage, resilience and growth and it reminds me why I chose this path. 

When I'm not in session with clients, I spend every moment I can being present with my toddler. I love being outdoors with my family, trying a new restaurant or binge-watching a good TV show.
